Sound quality is pretty good. The beat is pretty good. The piano sounds nice.
That said, you need to change the beat up every once in a while. I appreciate your improv on the piano, but it needs a little more structure. There should also be some kind of other instrument harmonizing with the melody on the piano.

I really wanted to like it
A nice song, but too repetitive for the genres you said it was a part of. The synths are the right instruments, but need to be tweeked. Overall, the instruments just need some tweeking.
The transitions are pretty good.
Try stretching the length of the percussion to 8 bars, and vary it at least every 2 bars.
2:13 change did not make sense to me. I guess it was downtime before the next change?
2:41 is really pretty good. The voice samples there are a little cheesy though.
This reminds me of Mortal Kombat. If I were at a rave, I'm sure I would give this song a higher rating.
The original drumline jumped between a typical breakbeat drumline and an amen break, turns out having 2 different drumlines and jumping between the two sounds more repetitive than one in this song, although I know what you mean (I should get back into my old habits of having 8 different versions of the drumline)

Nice distorted guitar loop, the panning was neat. Was that a little dog barking? Interesting.
The flanger may have overpowered your intent a little. I would back it off just slightly. Let that searing guitar burn through. Maybe even back it up with a harsh synth bass like the "fry" bass on sytrus.

Good Samples
Your samples were great.
With that said, I don't think you can call this "rap" because there is no "rapping". Maybe "hip hop" is the term you're searching for. Whether rap is crap is irrelevant to scoring this song.
As far as improving this song:
-lose the cheesy clap sounds, improve the percussion quality
-the way you played the samples often sounded more like a skipping record and the effect was displeasing to my ears rather than pleasing. Try to arrange the samples in a more logical and harmonious manner.
thanks, and i was thinking of what you suggested and as far as that, like really, even with some of the new percussion loops as far as the clapping, there was really nothing else that fit in the kind of song that i was going for, although if you could find one for me that would keep the same aspect of the song then please send it to me, but i was in a rut. Because as you know, it could certainly be an r&b song simply by getting a cross-stick sound for the claps. But i really appreciate your input and i will take deep thought into what you said on my next beat.
Very Funky
That must have been a LONG SHIT. This song is sweet. The one downfall, I think, however, is the bassline. It could be a better sounding instrument, and it should not be as repetitive. The bass drum sounded a little too distorted.
The funky guitar was great, so were the synths, nice samples, good percussion.
Could you tell me a little about what you did specifically? I'd like to know more about the bongo samples and the funky guitar.

Nice Composition
The chorus has a unique appeal, almost like a warm feeling. I would fuck with the knobs on the beepcoder to make it cooler. Or maybe do something with the cut on it. Also, have you checked out the sytrus guitars on FL? They might be the trick to a better sounding guitar.

Also, I don't like the sytrus guitars for some reason. They just sounded to...weird to me. I had just gotten Slayer 2 the day I made this song and was just testing it out when I made this song. That's why it was pretty short.

I try to make music on Fruity Loops. The instruments aren't great for rock, which is primarily what I like to make. One day, I will record my songs with real instruments with the hope that people will like my music even more.
